1st and 2nd molar removed yesterday. started rinsing today ,tonight doesn't look like blood clot is in one of extraction sites. looks whitish grey.

Dry socket: You could have alveolar osteitis...aka dry socket. If you are not in pain then I wouldn't worry too much about the looks yet. If you start getting an intense pain, follow up with your doctor for routine follow up and if you have dry socket they will pack the extraction site with dry socket paste.... Follow up with your doctor if you are concerned.

Be patient: Relax put your mind at ease. If you are having pain after 4-5 days you should go back to see the dentist who extracted the tooth. Good luck.
