Not necessarily.: The birth canal is wide enough, even in most women with narrow hips. I hope it can be avoided.

Perhaps.: Since ~40% of us women deliver via cesarean section nowadays, you have a pretty good chance no matter how narrow or wide your hips are. Don't worry about it! we only do cesareans to protect your baby's brain/life and preserve your health, so rest assured that it is for good reasons.
