my body is'nt propotional as a male body - wider chest/hips, narrow waist (short lower ribs). any exercises to expand lower ribs for rectangular body?

You would be better: Helped by working out and adding muscle and letting go of extra fat. Every body is different. Try to accept yours. People like you for who you are, not for the shape of your trunk. If they don't, it's their loss. Peace and good health.
