Otorrhea?: Unusual color or odor to ear discharge is suggestive of otorrhea (infection from the middle ear space or ear canal). The nasal discharge is likely related. This type of scenario is often treated with oral antibiotics after an appropriate examination.

See his/her doctor: You should take your baby to his/her pediatrician. At that age, there is no way to know what's going on without an exam. He/she could have a viral respiratory infection, but could also have an ear infection. Also, make sure he/she is drinking well.
