Maybe: Rapaflo (silodosin) is the most specific of all the alpha blockers for the receptor found in prostate tissue for relaxation. Flomax (tamsulosin) and Uroxatral (alfuzosin) are both also prostate specific, but less so. They are both generic and should cost less. The other older alpha blockers are non specific and would likely cause more orthostatic hypotension (dizziness).
