Syphilis serology: Do not know how you were tested, but these are usually quite sensitive and negative results usually mean negative results. The scenario you describe is also one which is not likely to be transmitting syphilis, unless of course he had open lesions on his penis which contained living spirochaetes. Suspect you are going to be fine but it never hurts to recheck. Hope this helps.
