Pain right side: The dilation and currettage ("DNC") was probably unrelated to your present pain on right. It may be an ovarian cyst which has not ruptured, and as it grows, the covering of the ovary stretches and causes pain. It is accentuated with movement or sexual relations. It also may be just a muscle strain in the lower abdomen. See your healthcare provider for testing.
