Right side pain: Sometimes ovarian cysts occur on one side, and the cysts reach their largest size just prior to a period, then rupture and pain disappears. You should ask your gyn about low dose oral bc, which will inhibit your ovaries, diminish the occurrence of cysts, and make your cycly essentially regular and without pain.
