You may have: An anal fissure, as in tear of the skin around your anus. These can form related to constipation and hard stools, but interesting frequent diarrhea can lead to this too. You should seek an evaluation to better evaluate the anorectal area in person. I know it can be embarrassing but you'll want to find out the cause of your problem sooner rather than later.
