Missing one pill: Is unlikely to result in pregnancy, but it can cause irregular bleeding. After three weeks if you had become pregnant likely you would pick it up on an early pregnancy home test. So, maybe do one to help put your mind at ease. Most likely though, you are still protected from pregnancy. If you missed more than one pill however, you may not be protected and need to use a backup method. Best wishes!
