Maybe : many things on the list as possible causes of your symptoms. GYN as well as stomach and bowel issues at the top of the list. Too numerous to list all of them here. Best to see your doctor for appropriate examination tell determine the cause of your symptoms and find appropriate treatment. Sorry this was not more helpful.
