Skin rash: Rashes are always the hardest to diagnose without seeing it. Possibly something in the crib, or the detergent being used for the sheets are playing a role with these issues. Knowing its been 2 weeks, probably a good opportunity for it to be checked out.

See a dermatologist: This is typical of the onset of eczema at this age, but there are other possible diagnoses. The brand of laundry detergent is never pertinent.
