Developmental delays: From the information you give, it sounds like your child has some degree of developmental delays and I urge that you get further evaluation. Check with your doctor. Also, most counties have a program called "Early Intervention." that will assess a child up to age 3 for speech, motor, adaptive and fine motor skills and recommend appropriate therapy.
