What tests need to be done to rule out completely the diagnose of neuropathy parnaplastic syndrome?

Paraneoplastic: syndrome can produce neuropathy as well as other neurological problems like ataxia and abnormal eye movements. First I would characterize the neuropathy by obtaining a good quality EMG-NCS study. Then I would obtain what is called a paraneoplastic profile (blood test) which includes most serological markers.
