Nasal lesion: Discuss with doctor stopping Flonase for now and using possible Astelin (azelastine) or antihistamine spray. For the lesion you could use a topical antibiotic like Mupirocin if it is bacterial and not too large. .If it is viral like herpes could use topical antiviral or pills ( they are not associated with Cdiff, as far as I know). Follow up with doctor/urgent care.
