Hard to say...: without a physical exam and urinalysis (UA) I see you are using caffeine, and that is a diuretic (makes your body produce more urine), and some people can get headaches from caffeine, but hard to say.Sometimes anxiety can also cause people to feel the need to urinate frequently and is often accompanied by headaches or the headaches can also trigger anxiety. Ask your Dr for a headache workup and UA
