I have frequent urination at night and i just can't fall asleep, if i do it won't be for a long time. also at night, i feel like my mind is freezing, i can't do anything but just breathe and it's difficult to do so. i also feel pain in my head?

See below : I’m sorry to hear this, this could be cause by a number of things, you’ll have to go for a general check up with your GP and tell them about it son they can do a clinical exam and run some tests

Hello, the back of my neck has been in constant pain when I'm not sleeping. It's usually on the left side and I also experience chest pain constantly, pressure on my head, dizziness, shortness of breathe, anxiety, and general discomfort.
When I am sleeping I wake up because I feel my throat closing and can't breathe. I do snore. It never happens when I elevate my head while sleeping. ?
