Uncertain: I am not aware of any eye condition associated with hiccups after urination. Ocular burning can be from dry eye, allergy, conjunctivitis (infection), or blepharitis (infection at the margin of the eyelid). Sometimes people get referred pain to the ocular area, such as with cervical spine disease. Probably need to see a medical doctor to evaluate this problem.
