Not certain: It's hard to give a definite number to estimate the likelihood of you carrying to term. However, if you get past the first trimester, your likelihood of carrying this pregnancy to term increases tremendously.

Maybe not preg: If you had a miscarriage less than a month ago, you may still have elevated hormone levels from that pregnancy. That could be high enough to show on a pregnancy test for several months even without a new pregnancy. Give yourself a break. Wait for the hormone levels to go to zero before you try to get pregnant again.
