What part of you...: touched the dried blood? A hand or did you lick it? If the hand, was skin intact or did an open wound make direct contact? If you touched ancient dried blood with an intact skin surface, you are OK. I'm sure you could culture something off of the envelope - like Staph, but you probably had more Staph on your hand or say, the cash in your purse, before you even touched it. Just keep washing hands.
