The only possible contamination would be in the form of a fecal oral type of microorganism in case hand hygiene is not followed properly. In your case, you washed your hands and suffered no visible wound, risk is essentially nil.

This sort of thing almost never leads to infection. If there was some small risk, washing your hands took care of it. Don't worry.
