Get exam, biopsy?: With a past history like that the risks are increased with any suspicion modular lesion of the skin - the best first step is to have a dermatologist examine the area and decide if biopsy is warranted. If no other modes are inflamed in the general vicinity, this is a good sign

Red Skin Nodule: Have a healthcare personnel look at the lesions to determine the nature of it. Your primary care provider will be of great help.
