Abcess: These things are obviously delicate. The hair follicles are exposed to gastrointestinal bacteria. Usually, these go away with time. In the typical treatment is to use heat and moisture to try to open up the pores so the follicles can discharge. If it gets worse please see your primary treating physician to resolve the issue.
