Check EEG: Right frontal AVMs can produce peduncular hallucinations due to seizures that may worsen with Geodon (ziprasidone) (which lowers the seizure threshold) Methylphenidate also lowers the seizure threshold. (as does ECT) Paranoia may respond to seizure meds if due to sub clinical seizures. (Interictal seizure activity may be difficult to see on the EEG if the frontal lobe lesion is near the under surface.
