ANOTHER THOT: Sudden numbness can occur with hyperventilation, and also, migraine aura or even sensory seizure. Typically, not a malignant issue, but discuss with your primary care physician.

Possible, Get Chkup: If worried, get checkup from a physician. But u might want 2do some research 2learn what anxiety is/how it works/how it can present itself & push u around/etc. Learn about at www.anxietybc.org Also, it might help 2know that people struggling w/anxiety tend 2pay more attention 2physical sensations than others. Problematic since anxiety makes us worry something bad is happening/or will happen.
