I do not know: What did they tell you in the ED? Did they do any tests. A severe UTI can cause blood, kidney stones, lacerations, prostate issues, nephritis, cystitis, urethritis, etc. etc. You need an evaluation if the Blood continues and you were never diagnosed yet. Good luck.

More info: What did the doctors say in the ER? We don't know enough to help you here. If you are not getting better with the treatment recommended or they did not answer your questions, call them and get clarity. They are required to tell you what to watch for and tell you what your next step should be. If you left there clueless, then you need to call back and tell them to explain again.

Colicky ruq pain since july, now back(t7'ish)/flank/diaphragm pain. (-) blood work and (-) ct/u/s/cxr. Urine dip (+) bili & protein, sweats/myalgias.

Std pcr urine test negative, but have redness around penis pee hole.. and some times slight discomfort after urinating.. seems sweat irritates it more as well.. any ideas ? my urologist isn't sure , what stds could cause this so I can try to rule out?
