Possible: It is important to follow up on this swelling as it could be a supraclavicular lymph node which normally will not be enlarged or palpable. I would see a doctor asap for an evaluation.

Vague: Impossible to say without you having a thorough history and exam/tests. The source of your problems is imperative- trauma, diet, activities, etc.

Possible connection: If the swelling above your left collarbone is an enlarged lymph node, it may be connected to the abdominal pain and the unwell feeling. An enlarged lymph node in this area ( supraclavicular or Virchow's node) can be a sign associated with gastrointestinal malignancy. This is a significant finding and warrants thorough evaluation. Please see your doctor.
