Unfortunately, never: Will those regions of your body return to completely normal sensation. When you have had surgery the cutaneous nerves in the region are severed and though you will recover some sensation in the area, the scar tissue itself will always remain numb. This is especially true if you tend to scar easily and form keloid tissue. Some things in the body simply cannot be restored totally, at least not yet.
