Yes: A cracked tooth (even one that has had a root canal) can let bacteria get in under the tooth. This can defiantly cause an infection that can lead to swollen lymph nodes. You need to see your dentist ASAP for a definitive diagnosis. Depending on how bad both the crack and the infection are, treatment may consist of antibiotics, redoing the root canal and placing a crown or extraction of the tooth.
