Syncope: You need to see a doctor for a full evaluation as soon as possible. While most of the time these symptoms are benign, there are few serious life threatening conditions that will need to be ruled out.

Need exam: You need to be examined to assure you did not concuss yourself, let alone to find out why you had a syncopal event (passed out), and to get your neck looked at. Good luck, get to DR!

Syncope : this condition is called Syncope. There are several reasons as to why one would pass out. Any doctor would need more information by talking to you to properly assess what's might be going on. I would strongly advise that you either talk to one of us or see your family physician in person , about this. This could be something as simple as dehydration or much worse as cardiac disease.

Vague: Impossible to say what is going on with you without a thorough history and exam. Depending upon the time frame, I would go see a Dr. and get evaluated. Could have concussion or a whiplash-like injury when fell
