Stay Calm: Resume your treatments as you had them going before. Honestly, I am surprised with any baby that's better after two weeks of RSV. It more typically takes a month to resolve! If you have nebulizer treatments start those up again every four hours. Steam in shower as necessary. Smaller feedings more often. If he is having any high fever, is grunting, seems very short of breath to ER now.

RSV: Baby's with RSV can remain sick for weeks. If his breathing is worse, or if he has poor color call 911. If he is feeding poorly and not wetting his diapers he should be assessed at the hospital. If he has a fever he may have a secondary infection like pneumonia or an ear infection. All the best.
