When i sit at work, or at home on the computer for awhile, both of my arms go numb. could it be a pinched nerve? i also have a bad back if that helps.

Arms numb.: three general possibilities or combinations thereof: carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar tunnel syndrome and cervical radiculopathy (from the neck). A nerve conduction study will help differentiate these possibilities.
