Why do my eyes itch when i apply perfume on my neck?

Allergy/Sensitivity: You may have an allergy or your eyes may just be sensitive to the alcohol or scent in the perfume. If the irritation persists throughout the day i would consider changing perfumes or switching to body spray which may be better tolerated. If you only have the irritation when you first apply the perfume then it is likely related to the higher concentrations of chemical when you first apply.
