Allergic dermatitis?: Your description makes me think in allergic contact dermatitis, in a few patients could be due to pollen exposure and that can give a dermatitis type response in areas of exposure. Try an antihistamine like Allegra or Zyrtec and a topical steroid like 1% hydrocortisone cream that are over the counter. Get better!
