See your doc: It sounds like any number of issues and your doctor will be able to sort it out. You will be best served by someone who knows your case since you have already been undergoing vision and cognitive therapy. Your question is poorly worded so I am unsure what the never fell together refers to. Take care and speak with your doctor in more detail.

Dehydration?: Your vision is important, and it's important to get eye exams to make sure your eyes are healthy. When waking up, if your eyes are dry could feel funny. However it never usually affects motor skills. So discuss that component with your doctor. Neuro-ophthalmologist is a specialist who can cover all grounds too, if your PCP feels it's warranted to see her/him.
