FIRST get an exam: First get a physical examination including measurements of your red blood cells and metabolic -glandular issues (eg blood sugar...thyroid function) THEN if all is well your symptoms are a common sign of depression. So speak with your Primary Care Provider about a referral to a mental health professional!

Requires more info: Depending upon the severity and duration of the symptoms, this could be due to many problems, either physical or emotional. More information, such as the duration and pattern of the symptom, and other associated symptoms, such as appetite, bowels, urination, joint or skin problems, and other medical history, are vital. Laboratory tests for anemia, thyroid status, diabetes, etc. are also important.
