See a doctor : There are many structures inside your knee which can be injured in a fall. Go see your doctor or emergency department for a physical exam and Xray to exclude a fracture. If there is no fracture, there could still be significant injury inside, such as an ACL tear or meniscus tear. These can be seen with MRI.
