Inflammation,: After an usual form of exercise, joints can become inflamed. This can happen when we engage in activities that use our muscles and joints in ways that we don't normally use them. Rest, ibuprofen or tylenol, (acetaminophen) ice or heat, is a reasonable plan for now. If you have significant swelling, or fever, or your knee gives way, see somebody as soon as possible. Regular skating when better, can prevent this
