I was pulling a hook w/ 2. pliers. i heard 2 pops in arm & a sharp pain in forearm. now swollen discolored and immobile. feels tight & painful. 1-10=8?

Go to ER: This is in need of an examination and I wouldn't wait much longer. Get some ice on that and then, to the ER

You may have a : dislocation or worse depending if what popped meant it popped out of your joint, or ? If you've already called your doctor, and not heard back, you may need to ice the area until you can go to an urgent care or ER for further work up, X-rays and medical care. Keep the area immobilized until seen by a doctor. Don't take any blood thinners (Aspirin, Advil/Aleve until you speak to your PCP).

Go to the ER: GO TO THE ER you most likely rupture a muscle some can heal on their own and some required surgery so you need a full evaluation and appropriate first aid and appropriate treatment some injuries could be very seriuos some do not gamble with your arm and go to the ER
