I had a blood test, i feel sore at place where needle came out,this pain comes & go, also i feel mild pain when i touch, is this sore normal?

Probably: Related to inflammation of the blood vessel in the area of the blood draw. Your may want to try warm packs every couple of hours or so. If you have redness, progressive pain, swelling in the area, you'll want a doctor to see the area, just to make sure there isn't an evolving infection though this is uncommon with blood draws.
