I have random pain in my lower left abdomen which has now spread to the right side but my doctor said my ovaries are fine. what else could it be?

It could be anything: pain RLQ in young lady could be anything from a cyst that already rupture with and withour blood it could be endometeriosis it could be from kidney or bladder infection or stone it could be digestive system appendix,colon,small bowel as you can see even with a normal ovary you have a list of things need to be eliminated check with your docotr os ask for referral to GYN or surgeon. ggod luck
