Treatments similar: depends on a few other factors such as how malignant appearing the cells. age under 65 tends to be more aggressive. Invasion of other organs is a bad prognostic sign. Without wide spread and bone metastases, the longevity is good, and a bit tricky to estimate it's effect compared to NOT having it. http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/types/prostate
