A member asked:

How much blood can you lose and survive?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Really depends on your other conditions, general health, the acuity of the blood loss. For example, a person with bad heart disease can't tolerate too much blood loss. A healthy person, who loses blood slowly can survive at really low levels since the body learns to compensate over time. Alot of factors, difficult to give a precise answer.
