Uncertain: Antidepressants impact people's weight differently. Many considered to be "weight neutral" actually lead some people to gain. Only Wellbutrin (bupropion) has consistently not led to weight gain, but it is in a. Different class than the more commonly used SSRI's. Anxiety meds usually benzodiazepines do not cause weight gain but are habit forming.
