Depends...: on what you mean by disease. If you mean infection, you may need antibiotics and/or nose sprays. If you mean inflammation, you may need treatment of the underlying condition (e.g. allergy). If you mean cyst, the answer may be nothing. If you mean growth or tumor, the answer may be surgery.
