What is the survival rate of someone with stage 4 stomach cancer that spread to multiple lymph nodes and organs surrounding the stomach?

Unknown: This is an impossible question to answer for an individual. Clearly, it is less for someone with the above findings than it is for someone who doesn't have all of the above. When we look at 5-yr survival rates for a given cancer, that is the average survival of thousands of people with the disease. Every individual has other factors to consider. Even then, prediction is faulty.
