What is the relationship between allergic esophagitis and seborrheic dermatitis?

None: I presume you meant eosinophilic esophagitis which is likely linked to food. Seborrhea is more linked to an unusual response to a fungus (pityrosporum) which is otherwise a normal skin resident after puberty.

No connection: I wasn't aware of any connection. A Medline search of the combined diseases came up with no reports.
