Can you tell me about hiv - seborrheic dermatitis / allergic rhinitis?

You are asking?: There's plenty of people with allergic rhinitis and/or seborrheic dermatitis. HIV can make seborrheic dermatitis flare but this is seldom the only sign. It does not cause allergic rhinitis. If you are concerned about HIV, get yourself tested.
