Anaplastic astrocyto: Anaplastic astrocytomas are a malignant brain tumor that typically required both chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Length of post op survival is based on the amount of tumor resected and the response to the various therapies. Long term survival, that is greater than 10 years, are not common.
