What is the difference between pcos or post pill amenorrhea?

Not the same...: PCOS is a metabolic syndrome that is caused by insulin resistance. It results in many symptoms such as extra hair growth, irregular periods, dark skin under arms and around neck, etc. Post-pill amenorrhea is a few months where there is no period after you have been on the pill.
